Data Deletion

Overview

Say & Sell is a Claude Cowork plugin, there is no separate web account or login. To delete your data, use one of the two options below. We process all deletion requests within 30 days.

Option 1, Email request

Send an email to hello@sayandsell.com with:

• Subject: Data Deletion Request
• Include: the email address linked to your Say & Sell license, or your Instagram username

We will:

1. Acknowledge your request within 72 hours
2. Revoke your Instagram access token immediately on receipt
3. Delete your license record, brand context, cached Instagram data, and all draft content within 30 days
4. Send you a confirmation email when deletion is complete

Option 2, Revoke Instagram access yourself

If you want to stop Say & Sell from accessing your Instagram account but keep your purchased license active for later, you can revoke access at the source:

• Instagram: instagram.com/accounts/manage_access → find Say & Sell → Remove
• Or via Facebook (if your IG is linked to a Facebook Page): facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools → find Say & Sell → Remove

Once revoked, our app receives an automatic deauthorisation callback from Meta and we cannot access your Instagram data going forward. Cached data is deleted from our servers within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your Say & Sell license record
• Your brand context (everything captured by /setup)
• Your Instagram access token (deleted immediately on revoke or email request)
• Cached Instagram content (posts, insights, comments, DMs)
• Draft content you’ve created in Say & Sell (queued approvals, recent skill runs)
• Usage logs (anonymised or deleted within 90 days)

What we keep

We retain only what’s required by law:

• Stripe billing records (7 years, for tax compliance)
• Anonymised aggregate statistics that can’t be tied back to you
